Polar AI Co. LLC, trading as POLAR|CLOUD Labs (C.R. 7052772626, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia), is the controller of the personal data described here under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and its Implementing Regulations.

• What you send through the contact form: your name, company, work email, phone number if you choose to give it, and your message.
• Technical data our hosting provider records whenever a page is requested, such as IP address, browser type and the time of the request. We also use the IP address to limit repeated form submissions.
• One functional cookie that remembers whether you are reading in English or Arabic.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

• To reply to your inquiry and discuss a possible engagement, on the basis of the consent you give when you submit the form.
• To keep the site secure and working and to stop spam, on the basis of our legitimate interest in doing so.
• To meet our legal obligations where a law requires it.

We do not use your data for automated decisions about you, and we do not sell it.

We share personal data only with service providers that process it on our instructions: Vercel Inc., which hosts the site, and Resend, which delivers contact form messages to our inbox. We do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

These providers may process data outside the Kingdom, including in the United States. We use them only where the conditions the PDPL sets for such transfers are met and appropriate safeguards are in place.

We keep contact form inquiries for up to 24 months after our last exchange with you. If we start working together, the retention terms in our engagement agreement apply instead. Hosting logs are kept for the periods our provider sets for security and operations, and are not used to identify visitors.

Under the PDPL you have the right to be informed about how your data is used, to access it, to have it corrected, to have it destroyed when it is no longer needed, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already took place.

To use any of these rights, write to info@polar-cloud.com. We reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA).

The site is served only over encrypted HTTPS, form submissions are validated on our server, and access to inquiries is limited to the people who need it to reply. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data.

The site is for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

When we change this policy we update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be made clear on the site.
